Pickup in Nicosia (Lakatamia)
Our shop is at Anthoupoleos 36, Lakatamia 2301, a short drive from the centre of Nicosia. Open Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00. Call before you come so the monitor is ready and you can test it with your own laptop or phone.

Nicosia centre, Strovolos, Engomi, Aglantzia, Lakatamia, Latsia, Dali, Pera Chorio, Tseri, Anthoupoli, Kokkinotrimithia, Deftera and the rest of Nicosia district. Same-day pickup on any working day.
Delivery with Kronos Express
For every other town we ship with ACS or Kronos Express, whichever has a pickup point nearest to you. You pay EUR 155 in total (monitor plus delivery) at the pickup point when you collect.

The courier notifies you when the parcel is ready to collect at the pickup point.
2-year warranty
- 24 months from the purchase date, on the monitor's panel, touch layer, ports and electronics
- Not covered: cracked screens from drops, liquid damage, damage from power adapters above 5V, or opened units
- Repair or replacement at our shop in Lakatamia. Outside Nicosia, send the unit to us with Kronos Express
- Keep your receipt or the WhatsApp order message as proof of purchase
Returns
If you ordered by phone or online and change your mind, Cyprus consumer law gives you 14 days from receipt to return the monitor unused, in its original box with all cables, for a refund of the purchase price.
If the monitor arrives faulty, contact us straight away and we arrange a replacement under warranty.
Come to the shop and you can test the monitor with your own device before paying.
Delivery and warranty questions
How much is delivery in Cyprus?
EUR 5 anywhere in the Republic of Cyprus by courier (ACS or Kronos Express), paid together with the EUR 150 for the monitor when you collect the parcel. Pickup at our shop in Lakatamia, Nicosia is free.
How long does delivery take?
We hand parcels to the courier the same or the next working day. Transit is usually 2 to 3 business days to Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos and Famagusta district.
Can I pay by card or bank transfer?
Payment is cash on pickup at our shop or at the courier pickup point. Ask us on the phone if you need a different arrangement.
What does the 2-year warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects in the panel, touch layer, ports and electronics for 24 months from the purchase date. Damage from drops, liquids or wrong power adapters is not covered.
Can I return the monitor?
For orders placed by phone or online, Cyprus consumer law gives you 14 days from receipt to return the monitor unused in its original packaging. Faulty units are repaired or replaced under warranty at any time within the 2 years.
